Sweeterps Reviews Policy
We want our reviews to be 100% honest, even if that means publishing critical ones. Here’s how we run reviews:
1. Verified buyers only. Only customers who actually purchased from us can leave a review. We use CusRev to verify this automatically.
2. Incentive disclosure. We offer a 10% discount coupon to anyone who submits a review — regardless of star rating. We do this to encourage participation, not to bias outcomes. Reviews that received an incentive are marked with a badge.
3. No editing, no removal of negative reviews. We never edit, hide, or delete reviews based on rating. The only reviews we remove are spam, fake reviews from non-buyers, or reviews containing personal attacks or illegal content.
4. Response policy. We respond to every review — positive or negative — within 7 days. Negative reviews get a public response and a private follow-up to make things right.
5. Photo and video reviews. Photo and video uploads are optional. By submitting, you grant Sweeterps permission to display the media on our site and in marketing.
