Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. Checkout will not offer a shipping option for addresses we do not serve.
Shipping charges
Standard USPS shipping costs $12.95 when the qualifying merchandise subtotal of your order is below $100. Standard USPS shipping is free when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is $100 or more.
The qualifying merchandise subtotal is the total of the products in your order after any coupons or discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping charges. When free standard shipping applies, it is the shipping option offered at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.
Carrier and delivery
We ship with USPS. Transit times vary by destination and carrier conditions and are not guaranteed. We do not offer overnight, expedited, or premium shipping.
Address accuracy and undeliverable packages
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If USPS returns a shipment to us as undeliverable, please contact us at info@sweeterps.com with your order number for next steps.
Lost, damaged, leaking, or incorrect shipments
