Shipping Policy

At SWEETERPS, we want to get your terpenes to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier will be selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery for your order.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
  • Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Service Estimated Delivery
USPS Priority Mail 2–5 business days
USPS First Class 3–7 business days
UPS Ground 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the USPS or UPS website.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@sweeterps.com.


Signature Required

Orders over $200 require an adult signature upon delivery. A signature is required to confirm receipt of your package. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

  • SWEETERPS is not responsible for packages that are unclaimed, undelivered due to failed signature attempts, or returned to sender as a result of missed delivery attempts on orders requiring signature.
  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
  • Signature confirmation serves as proof of delivery and is used to verify all shipments. Orders marked as delivered with a confirmed signature cannot be claimed as undelivered.

Separate Shipping & Billing Addresses

We understand that customers sometimes ship to an address different from their billing address (e.g., gifts, workplaces, or secondary residences). Please be aware of the following:

  • Orders with a shipping address that does not match the billing address are subject to additional verification before processing. This may include an email or phone confirmation from our team.
  • We reserve the right to hold, delay, or cancel any order where the shipping and billing address discrepancy raises a fraud concern.
  • If you are shipping to a third-party address, you may be asked to provide proof of identity or confirmation that the billing cardholder authorized the purchase to that address.
  • SWEETERPS assumes no liability for orders shipped to an unverified alternate address. Responsibility for delivery is transferred to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
  • Repeated orders to multiple different shipping addresses from the same billing account will be flagged for manual review.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (lower 48 states).
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped via USPS.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address we deem high-risk or associated with prior fraudulent activity.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our customers and our business, SWEETERPS actively monitors orders for signs of fraud. The following may result in your order being delayed, held for review, or cancelled:

  • Billing and shipping address mismatch
  • Multiple orders to the same address using different payment methods
  • Orders flagged by our payment processor for suspicious activity
  • Requests to change the shipping address after an order has been placed
  • Use of freight forwarding services or reshipping addresses

If your order is flagged, we will contact you at the email on file to verify the purchase before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we are unable to verify.


Address Change Requests

We do not accept shipping address changes after an order has been placed and paid. If you made an error at checkout, contact us immediately at info@sweeterps.com — we will do our best to accommodate corrections before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@sweeterps.com.
  2. Include your order number, photos of any damage (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

SWEETERPS is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package — and a signature was obtained — please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Shipping for wholesale and bulk orders (500 mL+) is handled on a per-order basis. Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be quoted at the time of invoice. For wholesale shipping inquiries, contact us at info@sweeterps.com.
