    After receiving an order delivered on time as expected, there was a problem during shipping in which one of the bottles inadvertently opened and its contents spilled and smeared the labels of the other bottles in my order (some are not readable). After sending pictures and a quick note explaining the dilemma, Sweet Terps offered to replace the defective bottle as soon as possible.(next shipping day) without hesitation. Thank you John Taylor for the quick responses and lending a helping hand to fix the problem.
