Sweeterps is a trade name of Apex Botanical Group LLC. This policy covers order cancellations and modifications, returns, and problems with shipments.
Canceling or changing an order
You may request to cancel or modify an order before fulfillment begins. Contact us at info@sweeterps.com with your order number as soon as possible.
We may be unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been packed or a shipping label has been created. Once fulfillment has materially begun, approval of a cancellation or modification request is at our discretion.
An order that is successfully canceled before fulfillment receives a full refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Returns
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept ordinary returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been fulfilled or shipped. Please do not mail products to us unless we have provided written return instructions; we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect items
If any item in your order arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, or if you receive an incorrect item, report it to us at info@sweeterps.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please include your order number and reasonable supporting evidence where applicable, such as photos of the packaging and the affected items.
Lost shipments
If your shipment does not arrive, report it to us at info@sweeterps.com within 30 calendar days after the shipment date. Please include your order number.
How we resolve verified problems
After we verify a reported problem, we will provide an appropriate replacement or a refund, as we determine. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and disclosed during checkout and on the order record.
